What a Company System can do
A Company System is not a single ERP or CRM. It is a set of local pipelines joined into 1 operating and reporting system for the whole company: the daily, weekly, and monthly reports, a live board that refreshes on a schedule, the product lifecycle view, and the new client onboarding report in 1 place, most of it running locally at zero token so the numbers stay inside your own network. I have not yet run 1 end to end for a client, so what you see below is a live demo on placeholder data of what I can build.

A packing scanner that shipped to the floor
A TikTok Shop warehouse app for packers: load the seller's To Ship order export, scan each parcel, catch double scans and off list codes, show what to pack, require a photo before the box is sealed, and export a packing pack. It runs bilingual, Malay for the floor and Chinese for the boss, and computes the ship deadline off the Johor working day calendar. In this demo the camera and Excel step are replaced by buttons so you can click through the real flow.
